Membership Policy

Payment Terms
Initial Payment: When you sign-up for a Membership Plan you will be charged on that day for the first installment of your Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual payment. This amount will be less any promotional discounts applied at checkout. Should a free trial be available, your first payment will be charged following the stated trial period.

Ongoing Payments: All payments following your initial payment will be charged based on your Membership Plan. Monthly payments will be made each calendar month, Quarterly payments will be made every 3 calendar months, and Annual payments will be made every 12 calendar months based on your initial payment date. If the calendar day does not exist in your renewal month, the last day of said month will be used as the payment date.

Subscription Renewal
Unless canceled by the member via the Every Mother Account page or an applicable App Store, memberships will automatically renew on the last day of each Plan Term. Plan Term is defined by each specified period defined in your Membership Plan at the time of renewal. Payment will be charged to the form of payment on file.

Subscription Upgrade
A member can upgrade to another Membership Plan any time following the free trial period (if applicable). A membership upgrade link is available on the Account page. Upon a membership upgrade, any days that are remaining on the current Plan Term will automatically be applied to the new Membership Plan as a credit and the new Plan Term will begin immediately and follow the renewal cadence of the new Plan Term.

Cancellation
A member can cancel their membership at any time. A member should cancel using the “Cancel” option through “My Account” on every-mother.com or from the Account page in the Every Mother app. If a purchase is made through the App Store or Play Store, cancellation must occur through the App Store or Play Store. For App Store cancellations, please follow these directions:

1. Launch the Settings app
‍2. Tap your name
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Tap the subscription you want to cancel
5. Tap cancel subscription

For Play Store cancellations, please follow these directions:Go to your subscriptions in Google Play
1. Select the subscription you want to cancel
2. Click or tap Manage
3. Click or tap Cancel subscription
4. Once a Membership Plan is cancelled, access to subscribed content will continue until the last date of the Plan Term.

Cancellation vs. Account Deletion
‍As described above, membership cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing term. Should a member wish to delete the membership account and all associated personal data, this can be done via the Account page. Deleting the member account cannot be undone and will be processed immediately. Access to content and services through the Every Mother web or mobile apps will immediately be discontinued. Any in-progress data and personally identifiable information will be deleted. Refunds will not be offered. Once deleted, it is necessary to create a new account and membership to access Every Mother as a new member. If the member would like to cancel and continue with the membership until the end of the membership term, the account should not be deleted.

Nonpayment
If the form of payment in a member’s profile fails upon charging, the member will be sent an email to update the payment method. If the payment method is not updated promptly, the membership will be canceled by Every Mother automatically.

Refunds
Every Mother does not offer refunds on membership purchases. Once subscribed, a member can cancel at any time to avoid future renewals, but a full or partial refund will not be provided.
