Note that even if you do not end-up being a featured member on our website, we will likely post your story across our social media channels to inspire members and followers for whom you are doing a great service!

We know that motherhood is incredibly diverse and we want to celebrate and represent that diversity in all that we do. If you hold an identity that you feel is underrepresented in narratives about motherhood or fitness, we invite and encourage you to share your story.

What we need from you:

• • At least two pictures that show your progress and results from using the EMbody Program.

• Answers to a few key questions to help our members garner motivation from your journey. You can complete those here.

If featured, in addition to being able to tell your story to millions of women on our site, you will receive:

• • A complimentary annual EM subscription

• Donation of the value of a year of Every Mother programming to an approved charity of your choice

We do not put a timeline on progression or submission. When you feel your story is ready to be told, we are ready to listen. However, we do ask that you give us an estimate on when you will be ready to meet all of the requirements and submit your story so that we can plan our calendar accordingly.
