Initial Payment: When you sign-up for a membership through every-mother.com, you will be charged on that day for the first installment of your quarterly or annual payment. This amount will be less any promotional discounts applied at checkout.
Second Payment: Your second payment will automatically be charged on the 90th day of your subscription if you are a Quarterly member, and on the 365th day of your subscription if you are an Annual member.
Third & Ongoing Payments: All payments following the second payment will be charged on the same calendar day as the second payment in the next month. If the calendar day does not exist in the following month (3rd payment on the 31st of January, charged next in February), then the last day of the said month will be used as the payment date.
Here is an example of a Quarterly subscriber’s payment stream that signs-up on February 6th of 2019:
– 1st Payment: February 6th, 2019
– 2nd Payment: May 7th, 2019
– 3rd Payment: August 7th, 2019
– 4th Payment: November 7th, 2019
– All Other Payments: The 7th day of the period in which payment is due
Unless cancelled by the user via the every-mother.com “My Account” page or via an applicable App Store, memberships will automatically renew on the last day of each subscription term. At the time of renewal, payment will be charged to the form of payment on file.
A user may cancel their subscription at any time. A user should cancel using the “Cancel” option in “My Account” on every-mother.com or via an applicable App Store if purchase was made through App Store. To cancel in App Store, please follow these directions:
- Launch the Settings app.
- Tap iTunes & App Store.
- Tap on your Apple ID.
- Tap View Apple ID when the pop up window appears.
- Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.
For Android Apps:
- Launch the Google Play Store app.
- Tap Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions and tap on the app of the subscription you’d like to cancel.
A user is only cancelled if an email confirming cancellation is received by the user to the email address used to sign-up for the account the user is looking to cancel. Once a user cancels, they will have access to subscribed content until the last date of the subscription term immediately following their most recent payment (“Expiration Date”). The membership will expire on the same calendar day as the last payment (“Final Payment”) made by the user. This date will be 3 months following Final Payment for Quarterly or 12 months following Final Payment for Annual. If the user subscribed in a month that has a calendar date that does not exist in the specified cancellation month, the last day of the specified month will be used as the Expiration Date.
If the form of payment in a user’s profile fails upon charging, the user will be sent an email to update payment terms. If payment terms are not updated promptly, the subscription will be automatically cancelled by Every Mother.
Every Mother does not offer refunds on subscription purchases. Once subscribed, a user may cancel at any time, but a full or partial refund will not be provided.
