Membership Policy

Payment Terms
Initial Payment: When you sign-up for a membership through every-mother.com, you will be charged on that day for the first installment of your quarterly or annual payment. This amount will be less any promotional discounts applied at checkout.

Ongoing Payments: All payments following your initial payment will be charged based on your membership level. Quarterly payments will be made every 3 months and Annual payments will be made every 12 months based on your initial payment date. If the calendar day does not exist in your renewal month, then the last day of said month will be used as the payment date.

Subscription Renewal
Unless canceled by the member via the every-mother.com “My Account” page or via an applicable App Store, memberships will automatically renew on the last day of each membership term. At the time of renewal, payment will be charged to the form of payment on file.

Cancellation
A member can cancel their membership at any time. A member should cancel using the “Cancel” option through “My Account” on every-mother.com. If a purchase is made through App Store, cancellation must occur through App Store. For App Store cancellations, please follow these directions:

1. Launch the Settings app.
2. Tap iTunes & App Store.
3. Tap on your Apple ID.
4. Tap View Apple ID when the pop up window appears.
5. Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.
6. Tap Subscriptions.
7. Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.

A member is only canceled if an email confirming cancellation is received by the member to the email address used to sign-up for the account the member is looking to cancel. Once a member cancels, they will have access to subscribed content until the last date of the subscription term immediately following their most recent payment (“Cancellation Date”). The membership will expire on the same calendar day as the last payment (“Final Payment”) made by the member. This date will be 3 months following Final Payment for Quarterly or 12 months following Final Payment for Annual. If the member subscribed in a month that has a calendar date that does not exist in the specified cancellation month, the last day of the specified month will be used as the Cancellation Date.

Cancellation vs. Account Deletion
As described above, membership cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing term. Should a member wish to delete the membership account and all associated personal data, this can be done via the every-mother.com “My Account” page. Deleting the member account cannot be undone and will be processed immediately. Any in-progress data and personally identifiable information will be deleted. Refunds will not be offered. Once deleted, it is necessary to create a new account and membership to access Every Mother as a new member. If the member would like to cancel and continue with the membership until the end of the membership term, the account should not be deleted.

Nonpayment
If the form of payment in a member’s profile fails upon charging, the member will be sent an email to update the payment method. If the payment method is not updated promptly, the membership will be canceled by Every Mother automatically.

Refunds
Every Mother does not offer refunds on membership purchases. Once subscribed, a member can cancel at any time, but a full or partial refund will not be provided.
