What was your motivation for starting Every Mother?
I was searching for ways to resolve my diastasis recti.
What are/were your goals?
My goal was and still is to resolve my diastasis recti and to help eliminate the symptoms associated with it.
What are your tips for sticking with the program?
Pick a time every day and do it at that same time. I do it when I get home from work. Since I have been consistent with the program I have seen results and I always notice if I skip a few days. The key is consistency.
What has been your favorite Every Mother moment?
When I felt like I was making progress. I couldn’t see much change physically but when I actually did the measurements is when I could feel my body healing from the inside out.
What advice do you give to other mothers trying to prepare for birth/resolve DR/meet new fitness goals? (please answer based on your current experience)?
I recommend this program for any moms who are currently pregnant and after birth. I didn’t know I had DR until several years after I had my son. My advice is to do as much preventative as you can. Also, stick with the program even if you feel you’re getting little to no results. It’s working believe me.

Women’s Shelter because I feel it’s important to help out women in need.
